3.1 Free Plan Users

  • Only ASIN data that you explicitly request to extract is stored locally in your browser.

3.2 PRO Plan Users

We collect the following information for PRO users to manage subscriptions and provide services:

  • Subscription status and plan type.
Extension Data:
  • Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs) from pages you choose to scan.
  • Selected Amazon marketplace domains.
  • User preferences and settings within the extension.
  • Basic usage statistics.
Payment Information:
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and ASIN Crawler does not store payment details.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. ASIN Crawler does not store or process payment details directly. For details on how Stripe handles your payment information, please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

3.3 Automatically Collected Information (For All Users)

  • Browser type and version.
  • Chrome extension installation status.
  • Basic extension functionality data.
  • For fraud prevention and abuse protection, ASIN Crawler temporarily collects user IP addresses during the trial verification process to prevent multiple activations. These IP addresses are discarded immediately after the verification process and are never stored beyond this step. Stripe may collect additional payment-related information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4. How We Use Your Information

4.2 PRO Plan Users

User Consent:

  • PRO users must actively opt-in before providing their email and payment details for subscriptions.
  • This data is used only for authentication, billing, and feature access.

  • All ASIN data remains locally stored in your browser.

  • Subscription and payment information is securely handled via a third-party payment provider.

  • Collected ASINs are stored locally and are never transmitted externally. Users can delete their ASINs at any time by clicking the ‘Clear ASINs‘ button in the extension.
  • IP addresses used for fraud detection are not stored permanently and are discarded after the verification process.

  • We use session cookies and local storage to maintain user preferences and authenticate PRO users. We do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

  • To request account deletion and removal of subscription-related data, email us at privacy@asincrawler.com. Cancellation of a Stripe subscription does not automatically delete account data; users must request full data deletion separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
